Extra Goodies

At Cinta Stage we offer not only term-time drama classes but also holiday workshops and birthday parties. Why restrict the fun to just during the week?

What else does Cinta Stage have to offer?

Events & Family Occasions

Got an event or family occasion coming up and unsure how to keep the children and young people occupied? Well, why not get in touch and see what Cinta Stage can offer you. We work with ages 3 to 18 so always have a multitude of tricks and entertainment up our sleeves.

School Productions

Are you fretting about that end of year production? Is the thought of finding or creating scripts, calling auditions, rehearsal organisation, costume and prop sourcing, stage management and everything else that goes along with putting on a play just too much to even think about? Our founder, Jessiny Mitchell has been putting one shows both original and scripted for 10+ years and has organised ensembles of more than 100 young people. So, if organising your school production seems just too daunting get in touch!

Bespoke Workshops

We are also able to offer bespoke practical workshops for schools, colleges, youth groups and charities. These can include but are not limited to acting, musical theatre, stage skills, bullying, self-esteem, online safety, consent, LGBTQ+ awareness and much more. Also if you have particular boxes that need ticking within the PSHCE curriculum we can design some sessions to relieve pressure of form tutors.

We Offer Trinity Exams

Is your school or college looking for ways to give its students a way to expand their creative horizons while gaining an internationally recognised qualification?

Cinta Stage is able to arrange with Trinity College London to come to Cornwall and host exams at your school or college. We will come into your establishment to work with a group of students over a term period. Our experienced instructor will guide your students every step of the way; helping them choose their exam pieces, rehearse their scenes and prepare for their practical assessment effectively without you having to worry about a thing!

What is Trinity?

The Trinity College examinations in Drama and Musical Theatre assess students’ abilities through the performance arts. They allow children and young people to showcase and further develop their inner creativity while gaining academic qualifications and credentials. The examinations provide candidates with an opportunity to measure their progress against an internationally applied standard. Trinity is officially recognised by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) and other education authorities worldwide.

Trinity categorizes it exams by solo, pair and group examinations. Students can work their way through grades 1 to 8 in either Drama or Musical Theatre. Grades 6, 7 and 8 carry UCAS tariff points that count towards university entry.

What do we need from you?

All Cinta Stage needs from you is a minimum of 13 student entries aged between 7 and 18, a suitable space to run sessions in (a school hall, dance studio or other open space would be ideal) and the opportunity to come into an assembly of some sort to spread the word. If you tick all these boxes then get in touch and let’s see what we can do.

Volunteering & Work Experience

If your child is aged 15 or over we have some great volunteering and work experience opportunities.

This is a great way to get industry experience and gain volunteering hours to put towards a Duke of Edinburgh award or help with UCAS applications. Please get in touch via email for more details!

Volunteering opportunities also available for 13 and 14 year olds during half-term and holiday workshops.
